Position Description:
Supporting procurement policies and procedures on the project site, this individual is responsible for maintaining, coordinating and tracking PCL's equipment, permanent and expendable materials and other company assets to improve project and company profitability.
Position Requirements:
The qualified individual must be well organized, have a good working knowledge of the various Microsoft Office applications as well as experience with materials databases. Working closely with internal and external clients, subcontractors and other contractors, the qualified candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills.
With a minimum of 3 year experience in a material control role, the qualified individual must be able to read drawings, be able understand specifications, be an effective problem solver, and be able to work in a fast paced team environment.
Preference will be given to those with an industrial construction background.
