Job Overview
The integrated solutions (IS) lead's main goal is to help monetizing portal traffic and content assets by providing advertisers with advertising solutions that are embedded into content channels. The IS lead will deliver on this goal by working with content channel product managers, sales team agencies and clients to frame the ideation process, socialise proposed solutions, assess cost and pricing and support delivery of sold advertising programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept development & project proposals
Work with sales, clients, agencies and product managers to provide a framework and feed the ideation process
Manage and produce sales presentation and pitch documents and development process
Produce proposals and content integration ideas for channel sections
Tracking ideas and interest levels
Rally cross functional team to build and assess content integration ideas
Build strong and successful pitching solutions
2. Product team interface
Improving use of sales calls and product managers meetings
Working with product managers on specialized product offerings
Develop market demand tool for new content assessment
Work with Product in both the Toronto and Montreal offices, with Bell and MSN teams, to ensure that integrations align with portal plans, editorial calendars and content partnership
Re-aggregating our content and tools to suit a client's needs
3. Sales interface and sales support
Develop pricing for content advertising solutions
Providing tools to facilitate the pre-sales process
Increase regular communication between Product & Sales teams
Attract new advertisers by creating multi-channel or channel agnostic integration programs
Help build standardized, coherent pricing and benchmarking for solutions
Define and track content integration deal success metrics
Post mortems to identify opportunities for improvement
4. Project delivery
Develop a pool of creative and technical development agencies, manage the content integrations team to deliver on advertiser expectations - on time, on spec, on budget
Work with project manager to ensure delivery and manage all parties expectations
Manage process of engagement of cross functional teams (product, development, vendors, sales, ad operations) across portal and MSN teams

Specific Skills Required:
5-10 years experience in Internet Media
Excellent communication skills in French, both verbally and in writing
Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Business development experience
Knowledge of web metrics measurement tools, internal (Omniture) and external (Comscore)
Knowledge of web development best practices
Project Management experience
Knowledge of and ability to apply usability best practices
