MANAGER

Keewatin Business Development Centre | Rankin Inlet, Nunavut



Reporting to the Keewatin Business Development Centre board the Manager will be responsible for the management and administration of Keewatin Business Development Centre loan program. Under the direction of the Board, the Manager will lead and develop strategies for effective Keewatin Business Development Centre Program delivery, promotion, administration and monitoring through out the Kivalliq region. The incumbent will also direct one full time personnel and is responsible for financial control of KBDC loan, and operating budget.



The ideal candidate will possess a university degree (i.e. commerce, economics, Community Economic Development) and 5 years demonstrated business sector or equivalent experience in a similarly sized organization. Ability to speak and write Inuktitut are considered assets.



The salary range for this position starts at $80,000.00-$100,000.00 depending on education and experience, plus a northern allowance of $15,234.00 per annum.
