A leader in Manitoba heavy construction is seeking motivated individuals to join our team: PROJECT MANAGER, PAVING Reporting to the Paving Manager, the successful candidate will manage asphalt and concrete paving projects. Duties include coordinating and directing daily operations of our crews and subcontractors, liaising with clients and consultants, gathering and analyzing cost and revenue data and preparing estimates. PROJECT MANAGER, UTILITIES Reporting to the Utilities Manager, the successful candidate will manage sewer & water installation projects. Duties include coordinating and directing daily operations of our crews and subcontractors, liaising with clients and consultants, gathering and analyzing cost and revenue data and preparing estimates. Qualifications (for both positions): * A post-secondary degree in civil technology or a suitable combination of education and experience; * Two years of heavy construction experience; * Strong organizational, supervisory and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; * Class 5 driver's licence is required; * Familiarity with MS Excel is an asset.
