TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP is currently recruiting INTERMEDIATE CIVIL DESIGNER for an Alberta based opportunity to work in an EPC/M environment on major heavy industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

* You will design earthworks using 3D modelling software and draft civil drawings using MicroStation
* Typical projects include above ground pipeline corridor and haul road plan/profiles, plant site grading and undergrounds, earth dams, hydraulic structures and mine dewatering systems

Qualifications:

* You will be a graduate from a technical school in a related field and have 6 to 10 years experience
* Experience in MicroStation or AutoCAD is required
* Experience using civil 3D modelling software (InRoads, Land Desk Development or Eagle Point) is an asset
* Positions are based in Edmonton and candidates must be willing to travel to Fort McMurray as required.
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay rates will be based on experience and current market standards.
